Nomination Form (2024) - (Form Enabled- type and print - don't forget to sign) If you wish to be eligible for year end awards you must nominate a horse using the nomination form and pay a nomination fee. For complete Nomination Rules please see the Nomination Form and By-Laws. Stallions are not eligible for nomination. If you have any questions please contact one of the Board Members. If this form and nomination fee is received on or before April 1, 2024 the fee will be $30.00 per horse, if received after this date the fee will be $50.00 per horse. The nomination form needs to be filled out completely. The fees and a copy of the current coggins should be mailed with the form to Points Secretary (Valerie Brooks) on or before April 1st to receive the discounted fee.
We have added a section on the 2024 nomination form that asks for the division/divisions showing in. Please check the appropriate boxes before sending to Valerie.
CHSA Bylaws (2024) - Participant is expected to be familiar with bylaws and any changes from previous years. Please contact a board member if you have any questions. The one on English Bits as well as Chin Straps should be added to the end.
Show Entry Form (2024) - (Form Enabled- type and print) The show entry form for those of you who do not wish to use the on line form. Please note: The On Line Entry form will be hidden after the Pre-Entry deadline. You may still enter in person at each event.
